Update to the format of Bureau de Change Laboratory articles

We have used our launch on a new platform as an opportunity to make some updates to the format in which articles are published on the Bureau de Change Laboratory.

The first change is a move towards a volume and article number format, with all existing papers being numbered retrospectively. We hope that this will make it easier for readers to cite articles from Bureau de Change Laboratory in their own writing.

The second change is a move to a new template for the PDFs, which were previously autogenerated but are now manually created and, therefore, more carefully crafted. We have 'upgraded' all previous papers to the new format. We hope you like them!

The third change is a move to labelling all downloadable resources as supplements, and making these available as downloads at the top of the landing page for each article. To some extent this change was necessitated by the way our new platform works. But we also hope it will make the resources easier to discover and download!
