The Journal of Practice Theory invites expressions of interest from practice theory enthusiasts who would like to join its Editorial Board.
03-10-2026
As the journal moves into its next stage, we are looking to expand the Editorial Board and broaden the range of intellectual, disciplinary, geographical, and editorial experience involved in shaping its future.
Editorial Board members play an active role in the intellectual and editorial life of the journal. This might include shaping future themes and debates; developing special sections; working on interviews, re-views, columns or essays; supporting peer review; developing editorial processes; and building connections with new research communities and international networks.
We welcome expressions of interest from scholars developing, working with, or engaging critically with practice theory, across disciplines, research areas, geographical locations, and career stages. Previous editorial experience is welcome but is not required.
Expressions of interest of around 500 words should be submitted by 2 November 2026.
